They are the best car wash place in Long Island! They do an amazing job inside and out !!!

The prices here do not match the quality of the work nor do they match the amount of time I waited to get my car washed. The attention to detail wasn't there with this place for me with too many missed spots for my liking. I expected much better for what they charge. I won't be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend it.

THEY DAMAGED MY CAR!!!!!! like many reviews, i am one of this company’s victims. they r just plain scammers. didnt offer a refund or to fix my car or anything!! none at all. instead, they just told me to “file a report.” absolutely bs. please do yourself justice and DONT come to this place. they will ignore you even if they’re the ones CLEARLY at fault!

HORRIBLE! They damaged my car while i was in for service.. THE MANAGER doesn’t even show his face and puts a worker to “talk” to you but won’t give you a solution. I will be taking legal action against this place, PLEASE avoid! .. Worst “hand” car wash i’ve ever experienced

I’ve been coming to this place for years. I have an Acura my dealer gives me the car wash at this place. It used to be the best car wash now you can’t get in and out. Your car is barely cleaned. The customer service is ridiculous. The guys that worked there are rude. They do not care about your car. I have spoken to the managers multiple times it took me 35 minutes to get into the car wash then my car sat outside for over 15 minutes. No one ever touched it. I approach them had an argument, and I had to leave. My vehicle was still filthy inside and still dirty outside how can you leave a vehicle sitting in the sun for over 15 minutes and then put a rag on the paint you are destroying people’s cars and charge $45 for it. It’s outrageous. I’m gonna be calling the Better Business Bureau next hire the right people that care about your car wash this place has gone down the tubes. It used to be the best now it’s the worst. Don’t waste your time
